Instance II: A new model for deep processing carry-over of processing trade enterprises

Processing trade enterprises use the special functions and preferential policies of the bonded logistics area to make the upstream and downstream transfer manufacturers turn various transfer procedures into direct import and export procedures, thereby improving logistics efficiency and saving logistics costs greatly. The upstream manufacturer exports the carry-over products to bonded logistics area, and completes the export tax rebate and verification of manual/book. The downstream manufacturers import carry-over products from bonded logistics area in the name of “feed processing and re-export” or “accept customers’ materials for processing”, and apply for customs bonded to the customs.
